Janet B. Bieber Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Janet B. Bieber, 88, formerly of New Tripoli, passed away peacefully at Parkland Manor, Allentown on Monday, April 11, 2022. She was the wife of the late Donald H. Bieber. Born in Williams Township, PA, she was the daughter of the late Weston Rex and Florence (Ahner) Rex Lynn. She graduated from William Allen High School in 1951. She was a hard working woman employed at Woolworth’s Five-and-Dime, Howard Johnson’s restaurant, and before retiring, she worked in production for 21 years at Kraft Foods. She was a member of Lowhill Church, where she served as Treasurer for many years. She will be remembered as being a great Mom and Nana. Personal details: She enjoyed playing pinochle with her friends and family. She loved reading, traveling, and casino trips, but was also content watching old movies on the Turner Classic Movie channel. Survivors: son Jeffrey D. and his wife Polly S. of Allentown; daughters Gail A. Remaley of Allentown, Bonnie L., wife of Ron Weber of New Tripoli, Christina D., wife of Louis Bobbyn of New Tripoli; grandchildren Lance, Stacey, Carla, Valerie, Blake, Brittany, Alexander, Hayden, Charlize; great grandchildren Logan, Zoey, Ella, Cooper, Madysen, Solyn, Fallon, Olive. She was predeceased by brothers James and Buddy and sister Beatrice Ryan. Services: 11:00 AM, Friday, April 15 at St. Paul’s UCC, 1249 Trexlertown Rd., Trexlertown. Calling will begin at 10:00 AM.
